WELCOME SISTER!

Women’s Wednesdays emerged as a space to come together and honour the beautiful work of so many talented and brilliant sisters, and the divine feminine as an embodiment of heart-centred living.  Held by the Fire and water in magical natural surroundings, we connect our hearts, minds and voices.  By bringing forth our own unique offerings, we inspire each other, and in this way, inspire a shift in our own families and wider communities.  The Vida Sana is hosting different visionary women over the months to come and share their gifts around the Sacred Fire so that we can learn from each other to expand, step up and have the courage to bring forth our own gifts.

When she rises, we all rise…

An invitation for you to gather with Jen-ix and I on a pathway to peace, in the company of our beloved Grandfather Fire, let’s see what magic is wishing to be woven through Fire & Ice Story & Song.

We look forward to welcoming you around the Fire to weave our common threads into miracles, turning trauma to treasure, mayhem to medicine, shit to gold and letting love be our guiding star, and offering our gratitude for all that is, back to the cauldron of changes and out to those that seek more light.

Jenny Lynne Sessions, aka Je-nix, a woman of spirit and song, a creative catalyst for change and transformation, a compassionate cage rattler, transpersonal therapist, shamanic practitioner, coach, and mentor to many for over 35 years. Adopted in 2000 by Dr. Jim Gillihan Tatanka Scar White Buffalo, fourth carrier of Sitting Bull’s original peace pipe passed to him by Fools Crow, and a highly respected Lakota medicine man. She has been acknowledged as a shaman/seer by Jim, Subonfu Some, and Tlakael, beautiful lineage shamans and wisdom keepers with whom she has walked closely over many years. Jen-ix masterfully intertwines together the magical and mystical realms to create potent, transformative experiences. Jen-ix is a captivating storyteller, with a deep understanding of the power of narrative, she crafts sessions that ignite the imagination, drawing on ancient traditions and modern techniques. As she weaves her tales around the flickering flames, Jenix invites everyone to explore profound themes of love, desire, and connection.

Niki ~ is a sacred firekeeper, life lover, truth seeker, wayshower, catalyst, communicator and conscious visionary, she follows the beauty way, and has been walking the Path of Heart since a teenager.  Niki creates spaces for magic & transformation to happen, inspiring the deeper wisdom within for self-healing, her unique alchemy and way of working is deeply transformational.  Her life is dedicated to inspiring a shift in consciousness and fostering better connections with ourselves, each other and the natural world, always in service to Mother Earth and the Children’s Fire.
